The survival game named PUBG is quite a rage all over the world, and especially in India, where it is the most popular mobile game, with over 50 million players.

To expand its reach for the title, PUBG Corporation, the developers of PUBG game, brought PUBG Lite for PC, which was made available in India a couple of months ago. The game is free to play.

The pubg game has brought a couple of updates in the last few months, in the recent update, there is an addition of dedicated servers in India for pubg Lite.

BGR, an Indian tech blog, has got a screengrab of a Sponsored Facebook Post, where PUGB was promoting it’s new dedicated Indian server for PUGB Lite.

What does it mean for Indian PUBG Lite Players?

Now that a dedicated Indian server is available in the country the players can expect lower pains and zero lag, which will make the gaming experience even better.

Having a server in India would mean that the users from the country we wouldn’t be connected to a remote server that exists millions of miles away from them.

For those who do not know, the pubg lite is a lightweight version of pubg which has been around for quite some time.

However, it is still better than the pubg mobile gameplay. It is developers way to gather as much attention and user base they can get from people who have less powerful PCs that cannot run the PUBG game for PC.

And considering interiors lucrative market for the developers, more stuff is going to be offered in the near future as well.

A report at QZ.com mentions some staggering figures about the potential of PUBG in India.

“Indian gamers made in-app purchases worth $19.65 million in the year ending February 2017, and over seven in 10 PUBG players were making purchases for players’ clothing and weapons within the app as of late last year”
