Several Google Pixel users on September 3rd started reporting that they have started getting the update for the Android 10.
It was already speculated that Google would be rolling out the stable version of Android 10 on September 3rd.
The Android 10 is special in many ways, it is the first Android system without a code name based on the desert since Google decided to simply follow the version number.
The Android 10 comes with improved privacy features that allow the user to select the time to allow a specific app to use individual permissions.
Apart from that, the dark mode is built into the Android 10 version natively, so if you enable it will be enabled system-wide.
Google is also providing APIs for the dark mode so that third-party developers can apply it in their apps.
Which means you can expect dark mode on several other apps as well in the coming future.
Apart from the Google Pixel series, another phone that has started getting the Android and update is the essential phone. Google Android co-founder Andy Rubin designed the Essential Phone.
It was launched in 2017, and it has so forgotten the Android 9.0 update last year and his first in the line to get the Android 10 update as well.
Oxygen OS Open Beta 1 based on Android 10 available for OnePlus 7 / OnePlus 7 Pro
In a surprising move, OnePlus also launched Android n for their OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro smartphones in just a few hours after Android and was made available for Google Pixel smartphones.
Although it is not stable, the beta 1 is more stable than the developer preview was which were available since May. Since it is not an OTA update, users will have to download the file to install on these smartphones manually.

MIUI 10 based on Android 10 available for Redmi K20 Pro
In another surprising news, Xiaomi also released the stable Android 10 for their newly launched Redmi K20 Pro, on the same day as Google.
Xiaomi had recruited beta testers for the MIUI based on Android 10, for the last month.
So, it was already gearing up for the stable release, but it wasn’t expected to be this early.
