As Facebook is the most popular social networking site, it is also one of he top source in getting traffic to a blog. I was inserting my blog posts in Facebook manually to make my friends read the posts. But There are few third party applications which let you do it automatically.

RSS graffiti grabs the feeds of your blog and published the posts in your facebook profile or page (where you install the application) Just log into Facebook and click here.

Now, select the profile or page where you want to add the feeds of your blog.

This is the way the posts are shown on TechTip Page on Facebook.
